General Introduction  
RLB-L is used to measure and display heat power in pipes. It is separate structure and convenient for outdoor use. It consists of controller, flow sensor, microprocessor, temperature sensors and flow main meter. Connection line between flow main meter and controller is 3-meter long, which guarantees convenience for swiping IC card by consumer even if the flow main meter is connected with pipe or is embedded underground.
