General Introduction  
RLB-F is used to measure and display heat power in pipes. One household with one meter and one IC card for consumer. It is more advanced than RLB since it is prepaid and use RF card to activate meter. It consists of flow sensor, microprocessor and temperature sensors and prepaid programme. It also can be used to measure cold power if connect temperature sensors reversely.
